Barkyn delivers health and happiness to pet families around the world. Currently specialized in dogs, we provide plans that include dog food, goodies, treats and a dedicated online veterinarian.

You will contribute to the high-quality standards of our Italian market, being a customer hero and wowing them on all support channels we own - Chat, Facebook, Instagram and Email.

Specifically, we expect you to:


  • Act as a Barkyn ambassador in all customer interactions, being true to our brand values and friendly tone;
  • Be accountable for a seamless and human end-to-end customer experience;
  • Interact with customers via inbound chat conversations to provide information and assistance;
  • Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services;
  • Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints or comments, as well as actions taken;
  • Use computer systems to track, gather information and/or troubleshoot customer issues;
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.



  • Italian Native;
  • Perfect writing skills;
  • Customer-centric attitude;
  • Proficient or fluent in English;
  • Availability to work in our Porto Office;
  • Degree in Communication, Marketing or related area.
