THE ROLE
We're creating a loved brand in Europe and this is where your story starts!
Handle daily communications between transport companies and other teams using the tickets management tool;
Communicate with all teams in order to reach the best solution for new issues/ problems that arise;
Be responsible for the effective execution of specified business or project deliverables to time and quality standards;
Respond to complex situations, interpret and treat tickets in the systems, assuring the targeted service level (time and quality of responses);
Improve and built ticketing management tool flows, categorisation and ways of working;
Work collaboratively within the team and with other Barkyn teams to ensure activities aligned across projects and identify areas for improvement.
You will help develop our Delivery methods by:
Track and report carriers KPIs & SLAs;
Process shipping reconciliation;
Improve outbound and inbound processes;
Ensure that solutions are aligned with best practises and patterns and document it;
Map shipping rules on delivery software (ShippyPro);
Support system configurations;
Execute platform carrier related tests
Mandatory:
Knowledgeable of transportation processes and/or experienced in transportation/courier companies;
Capable of working under pressure and deliver in the agreed deadlines;
High level/knowledge of google sheets;
Organized and proactive when solving problems;
Customer-centric attitude;
Analytical skills;
Fluent in English.
