Barkyn delivers health and happiness to pet families around the world. Currently specialized in dogs, we provide plans that include dog food, goodies, treats and a dedicated online veterinarian.

You will drive strategy and execution of experiments and interventions that impact the customer journey and key company goals, reporting on findings to the leadership team and other stakeholders. You will be a growth hacker in a high growth company - sounds cool, right? 

Specifically, we expect you to:

  • Streamline our metric analysis and experiments roadmap so we know what to improve next in terms of retention and conversion;
  • Intervene in the user journey to enhance customer engagement and retention levels;
  • Work cross-functionally with the product and market teams to execute customer retention actions;
  • Present frequent detailed analytical reports on the results of retention measures implemented.



  • Experience in marketing at a B2C company, ideally in e-commerce (4 years);
  • Previous relevant experience in ppc, email, retention and/or growth marketing;
  • Be knowledgeable in world-class customer retention programs and best practices;
  • Comfortable with analytics tools, dashboards and reporting;
  • Strong communication and social skills;
  • Proficient or Fluent English.
