Barkyn delivers health and happiness to pet families around the world. Currently specialized in dogs and growing every month, we provide a subscription plan with personalized food and telemedicine combined.

THE HEAD OF PERFORMANCE ROLE

We're creating a loved brand in Europe and this is where your story starts!

As a Head of Performance you will be defining our customer acquisition strategy, the channels we're exploring, managing budget investments, coaching performance specialists and iterating on processes. Your main mission is to make us scale budget and the number of new customers we acquire per month.


Specifically, we expect you to:  

  • Define and set the structure and strategy of our accounts - especially Google and Facebook;
  • Be the owner of acquisition metrics - more and more granular - and act on what we need to improve;
  • Explore new acquisition platforms and acquisition models;
  • Architect our holistic acquisition strategy and amplify our brand efforts ;
  • Coach performance specialists;
  • Define and run a roadmap of experiments, besides a fast rotation of creatives and optimizations;
  • And hey, we're a startup - if needed, you'll also help set or improve campaigns :)

Requirements

Mandatory:

  • At least 6 years of experience in several B2C companies;
  • Experience at a D2C company, ideally with a subscription model;
  • Experience scaling budget and acquisition on Facebook and Google ads;
  • Experience managing a team (even if small) and overseeing complex metrics;
  • Experience in different acquisition models - from lead generation to (ideally) subscription.
