Market Manager - Italy

THE ROLE

As a Market Manager, you will be managing and help execute the strategy and tactics towards high growth in Italy. You will be developing our customer acquisition channels, new sales channels and brand in your country, in a journey to become the online leader in the space.

Specifically, we expect you to:

  • Manage the performance of local customer acquisition channels (like Influencers) or develop new channels (like TV), in coordination with the Marketing team;

  • Develop product features or any tactic that needs to be localized in your country;

  • Help explore new sales or distribution channels;

  • Build a large network of partners of different types;

  • Build new growth channels for your specific market;

  • Present frequent analytical reports on the market performance.

Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Native Italian speaker, living in Italy;

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Marketing or Business Development role;

  • Experience in a B2C company, managing a team and an area/channel/department;

  • Experience in Reporting and metrics;

  • Fluent in English.
