Barkyn delivers health and happiness to pet families around the world. Currently specialized in dogs and growing every month, we provide plans that include dog food and a dedicated online veterinarian.

This Operations Assistant role is primarily to help on the production of all our new products (private label). You will be coordinating the the whole process, beginning to end, with all internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on innovation and speed. Here and there, you will give a hand to our Logistics team with special projects that need extra execution power.

Specifically, we expect you to:


  • Manage our private label roadmap in terms of timings, preparations and internal communication;
  • Coordinate each phase of product creation, together with designers and vets, and externally with suppliers;
  • Scout suppliers for new products and look for innovative solutions in the market;
  • Test new products together with other team members;
  • Look for research projects and help to manage them;
  • Help to implement other logistics projects.



  • Experience in a B2C company;
  • At least 2 years of experience at an Operations or Project Management;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
