THE COMPANY

Barkyn is improving the lives of pet families around the world with new magical e-commerce experience. We developed a platform that delivers health and happiness products and services in a comfortable and personalized way. Currently specialized in dogs, we provide subscription plans that include food, goodies, treats and a dedicated online vet.

THE ROLE

We're creating a loved brand in Europe and this is where your story starts. You will drive strategy and coordinate the execution of our end-to-end operations, creating a super oiled machine ready to expand and scale. Specifically:

  • Oversee our warehouses, stock management processes and optimize the supply chain processes
  • Identify and develop new process improvement opportunities across operations
  • Manage a super hustler team, acting as a Barkyn culture ambassador

Requirements

MANDATORY

  • Experience in operations at a B2C company, ideally in e-commerce (5 years)
  • Previous technical experience in supply chain, stock management and/or operations strategy
  • Be knowledgeable in world-class operations and logistics best practices
  • Comfortable with analytics tools, dashboards and reporting
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Proficient or Fluent English

LOCATION
This is a 100% remote position and at this stage we are only considering people based in Portugal.
